My name is Lionel LINCK.
I am a French citizen who came to the United Kingdom to work in the Autumn of 2006. During this time, I have worked for various people, gaining some first class experience, but more importantly I met the woman who later became my wife and we now have three wonderful children.
I decided to start this blog, because I am passionate about a few subjects, such as Politics and Economics and simply want to share my views on them and other with the world if anybody is indeed interested by it.
Politics always being a very intense and divisive subject, and to put the record straight immediately, I feel the need to point out that my views are conservative but looking towards the future. When I started working in the UK in 2006, I was a basic rate taxpayer and would probably have voted labour at the time if I could. Now I am a higher rate tax payer and would most certainly vote conservative if I could. The point I am trying to make here is that it is selfish and in human nature to vote for the party that will give you the most, wether that be benefits or tax cuts.
I will write my opinions in my blogs, and I would love to hear your feedback on it. I warn you that I may be very critical and frank in some of them, but rest reassured I am purely expressing my very own personal opinions in here.
